Tribal Assembly - Bad Taste Cru
Bad Taste Cru’s flagship performance, Tribal Assembly explores the story and relationships of four individual characters, each inter-related through the hierarchy of life.
This thought provoking 40 minute work, features four dancers emerging from the audience to combine Breaking, Contemporary and partner work, to tell their individual and collective tales.
Tribal Assembly, choreographed collectively by Bad Taste Cru, premiered in 2011. The piece was awarded a Without Walls commission and toured across the UK multiple times. It was also performed in Norway, Portugal, France and Ireland in both outdoor and indoor venues.
I joined the production in 2012 taking the role of ‘The Homeless man’ after the original dancer was injured.
